Our client company is a profitable and stable distribution firm in a Chicago Suburb.

Responsibilties:

• Serve as leader of demand planning function.
• Develop and drive the demand element of the Sales & Operations process.
• Work with cross functional groups including marketing, sales and operations teams to refine demand plans.
• Weekly review of sales information to identify trends & update future orders.
• Develop order recommendations utilizing history and anticipated sales trends for an extremely high SKU environment.
• Plan and schedule inventory levels at company owned facilities as well as 3rd party locations and distribution centers.

Qualificiations:

• BA / BS in Business, Operations or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP and Supply Chain (demand) software required,JDE and Demantra are preferred.
• 5 years plus of forecasting, demand planning, or sales analysis experience.
• 3 years plus experience managing a team.

Skills:

Technologically saavy ability to work with high SKU count.
