The Boston Chapter of
APICS is hosting a tour
of the Boston Scientific
Distribution Center in
Quincy, Ma. on Tuesday,
April 15th
from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The evening will begin
with an overview
presentation by the
Boston Scientific
management team.
Sandwiches and
refreshments will be
served.
Following the
presentation, a tour of
the distribution center
will be conducted. The
highlight of the tour
will be the recently
installed automation and
conveyor systems,
showcasing their
world-class operation.
Because of the
proprietary nature of
the information that
will be presented,
Boston Scientific has
requested that
participation be limited
to individuals from
non-medical device
companies. Advance
registration is required
and will be limited to
the first 75 people.
Deadline for
registration is Monday,
April 7th.
