Refund Policy

Refunds for webinars, Tutorial workshops and conferences:

1. Web Workshops: Up to 7 days before the scheduled web workshop time - registrants for web based workshops may request a full refund of their registration fees minus transaction and handling charges of 3.5% of the amount subject to a minimum of $25. This amount will be credited back to their credit card used during the registration and payment process.
2. Web Workshops: Within 7 days of (and up to 48 hours before) the scheduled workshop time - Registrants may request
   1. A partial (50%) refund of the workshop fees minus transaction and handling charges of 3.5% of the amount subject to a minimum of $25.
      OR
   2. The full refund value in the form of a non-refundable exchange voucher valid for any future workshop registration. This exchange voucher will be good for up to one year form the date of the original web workshop for which the registration was made.
      Please Note: No refunds will be awarded within 48 hours of the Scheduled Workshop. Demand Planning LLC will stop taking registrations twenty-four hours before the scheduled time of the workshop.
3. Public Workshops and in-person conferences:
   1. Up to 30 days before the scheduled workshop date - Registrants for Public workshops may request a full refund of their registration fees minus transaction and handling charges of 3.5% of the amount subject to a minimum of $50. This amount will be credited back to their credit card used during the registration and payment process.
   2. Up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop date - Registrants for Public workshops and seminars may request a partial refund (75%) of their registration fees minus transaction and handling charges of 3.5% of the amount subject to a minimum of $50. This amount will be credited back to their credit card used during the registration and payment process.
   3. Tutorial Workshops and in-person conferences: Within 14 days of (and up to 48 hours before) the scheduled workshop date - Registrants may request a partial (50%) refund of the workshop fees minus transaction and handling charges of 3.5% of the amount subject to a minimum of $50.
   4. No refund will be given within 48 hours of the workshop.  An exchange voucher for a future workshop will be given (web or public seminars) that is good for one year from the date of the original workshop. 

Refunds for Software and downloadable materials:

Demand Planning, LLC will not offer any refund or exchange for software, templates or other downloadable materials once the software is shipped or the materials are downloaded by the user.

Refunds for E-learning courses:

Registrants for e-learning courses may request a full refund minus transaction and handling charges of 3.5% of the amount subject to a minimum of $25. before the access information has been emailed to them.  Once they have received the user id and password, the registration fee is non-refundable. 

Demand Planning, LLC will not offer any refunds or exchanges to users who have received the userid and password, or to inactive users whose courses have expired (7 days from receipt of access information).  Users may be granted longer periods to access this information if they have purchased multiple courses.

Workshop Cancelation Policy:

Demand Planning LLC reserves the absolute right to cancel it's events.

In the event that Demand Planning LLC elects to cancel any workshop (including in-person tutorial workshops, webinars or other LIVE form of training) because of a scheduling conflict; because the minimum number of registrations required to make the event feasible was not met; or for any other reason or none at all; the company will gladly refund the entire amount of the registration fees to the registrant with in seven days of such cancellation.

Demand Planning LLC takes pride in providing a reliable service to our customers, however, cancelation of any scheduled event may be unavoidable. In all cases involving workshop cancelation (whether with cause or without), our liability is limited to the registration fees paid by the registrant. In no event, will Demand Planning LLC be responsible for incidental or consequential damages that may accrue to the registrant due to such cancellation, including any transportation charges for remote registrants, non-refundable reservations and/or any other arrangements which are at the sole discretion of the registrant.
